Access and sign-in
How do I get my login details?
Your school provides them at the start of the year. If you lose them, contact the pastoral office or use “Forgot password” on the sign-in page.
Do I need to install an app?
No. The portal works in any recent browser, on a computer, tablet or phone.
I can't sign in any more. What should I do?
Check your username, then reset your password. If the problem persists, the pastoral office can unlock your account.
Grades and homework
When do my grades appear?
As soon as the teacher publishes them. You get a notification for every new grade.
Why is my average different from my report card?
The average shown during the term is provisional. The report card uses the final weightings and the class council's decisions.
Can I hand in homework online?
Yes, when the teacher has enabled uploads for that assignment. You then attach the file directly from the lesson log.
Privacy
Who can see my grades?
You, your legal guardians, your teachers and your school's leadership. No one else.
Can I change my personal details?
Administrative details (address, class, guardians) are managed by the school. Let them know about any mistake.
