Are staff trained?
Yes, sessions for each profile (leadership, office staff, teachers) are included in the School licence.

Can we export data?
Yes, most lists and tables export to spreadsheet or PDF.
We have several sites. Is that supported?
Yes. The School group licence consolidates several schools in one dashboard.
How can we restrict access for some staff?
Each account gets a role and precise permissions: for example, office staff can manage enrolment without seeing grades.
Finances
Can we apply discounts or bursaries?
Yes: sibling discounts, bursaries and reductions are set per student or per category.
Are reminders automatic?
You choose the schedule and channel for reminders; they are then sent automatically.
